The Iowa Dermatology Department welcomed three new clinicians to our faculty this fall, Kevin Cheung, MD, Trinidad Hasbún, MD, and Michal Kidacki, MD, PhD.

Dr. Cheung completed his dermatology residency at the University of Iowa in June 2025, and began as a Clinical Assistant Professor in July 2025.

Dr. Hasbún joins us from Chile as a Clinical Assistant Professor specializing in pediatric dermatology. She started seeing patients in September 2025.

Dr. Kidacki completed his dermatology residency and postdoctoral research at Yale University. He joined us as an Assistant Professor focusing on research in hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) in October 2025.
